ORDERING TERMS
These terms and conditions apply to Bismillahbiryani.com. Please read this statement carefully. If you are accessing our site or initiating transactions on our site, you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.
A minimum order of $30 applies for every delivery order. No minimum charge is needed for pick-up orders.
If you would like to place an order for pick up please do reach the store you have placed the order with before the closing time. We will not be responsible for any orders that are not picked up past the closing time. No refund will be made if order is not picked up. At current time, we are only accepting payments via Cash (payment done in-store), NETS (payment done in-store), PayNow and Bank transfer. Credit card payment (VISA & Mastercard) is now accepted for online payment only.
For all delivery orders, payment should be made prior to delivery. Once your order is made, you will receive a receipt of purchase via email. Please do provide the correct contact details to prevent any delay in your order delivery. Delivery time may be affected due to bad weather or traffic conditions. This is to ensure the safety of the riders. Delivery service may be temporarily unavailable in selected areas due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances. Food items available at bismillahbiryani.com are available only within Singapore. We will not be able to deliver to address outside of Singapore.
Disclaimer For Delivery Orders: While we accept orders for delivery and use outside company services, We want to emphasize that deliveries are outsourced to third party companies and is subject to availability of riders/delivery vehicles, as well as the availability of delivery personnel and weather at the time of day itself. The delivery riders are from third parties and they aim to make your indicative delivery time. However, you may exercise the pick up option to be on the safe side or make your own arrangement for delivery.
Bismillah Food Industry Pte Ltd. reserves the right not to fulfill your order if you breach stated Terms and Conditions.
